Yin Yoga

Adding Yin or the quitier aspect to our yoga practice, can introduce us to the possibility of physical, emotional, mental equilibrium by marrying the softer contemplative modes of being in life to the stronger activities we are so often compelled by.

The word “health” is derived from an old English word meaning “whole”. Yoga re-establishes our natural wholeness – the balanced integrity of our yin and Yang nature.

I will be completing an add on teacher training Yin Yoga Feb/march 2020 .. so new classes post training will be available 🙏🧘‍♀️💓

August – Yoga available on Tuesdays  only @ 6pm Vinyasa Flow & 7.30pm Light Grounded practice 1st,8th,15th & 22nd

normal Timetable recommences Monday 4th Sept @ 9.30am

Yoga body will be relocating from 1st Sept to Bangor’s Aurora – 3 Valentine Road yoga practices on offer will be Monday @ 9.30am Yoga light Tuesday @ 5.45pm vinyasa flow & @ 7.30pm Yoga light Wednesday @ 3.45pm kiddies yoga (6-11yrs) Thursday @ 7am vinyasa flow & 6pm deep stretching & alignment focused yoga Sunday @ 3.45pm yoga light & 5pm vinyasa flow
